Job Description

Provide operational support within a hospitality environment while gaining experience in guest services, hotel operations, and customer service. This placement allows candidates to observe hospitality standards and participate in day-to-day operational activities.

Duties may include

• Assisting front office or guest services teams
• Supporting restaurant, banqueting, or service operations
• Assisting with guest enquiries and service requests
• Supporting administrative or operational hospitality tasks
• Observing hospitality service standards and procedures

Requirements
