Job Description:

Support guest relations teams within an international hotel environment to enhance customer experience and service quality. Develop communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural hospitality setting.


Training placements may align with internationally recognised hotel brands, including InterContinental-branded properties.


Duties may include:

  • Supporting guest relations and service teams
  • Assisting with guest enquiries and feedback
  • Observing service recovery and communication standards
  • Supporting guest experience initiatives


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic English communication ability
