Job Overview

Chelsea Recruits is supporting a growing number of international and private schools seeking experienced educational leaders for middle-management and senior academic roles.


These appointments include both mid-year replacement roles and planned leadership hires for the current and upcoming academic year. Schools are particularly interested in leaders who can provide curriculum continuity, staff support, and academic stability in international teaching environments.


This opportunity is ideal for educators currently working as Heads of Department, Coordinators, or Senior Teachers who are ready to step into leadership within an international school setting.


Leadership Roles May Include

Candidate Profile
