Chelsea Recruits is currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Teachers to join our team in Beijing, China. As a TEFL Teacher with Chelsea Recruits, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, teaching English to students of all ages and levels. 

Your main responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons, assessing students' progress, and providing feedback to parents and colleagues. 

You will also have the chance to participate in extracurricular activities and cultural events, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the Chinese culture.

We are looking for candidates who have a strong understanding of TEFL methodologies and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, along with a TEFL certification (or be willing to get one) and at least 1-2 years of teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience. 

Fluency in English is a must.
