Job Description
Provide support within a professional kitchen environment while developing culinary skills and understanding kitchen operations, food preparation, and professional cooking standards.
Duties may include
- Assisting chefs with food preparation tasks
- Supporting kitchen organisation and food handling procedures
- Learning food safety and sanitation standards
- Assisting with ingredient preparation and plating support
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in culinary arts or hospitality
