Job Description

Provide support within a professional kitchen environment while developing culinary skills and understanding kitchen operations, food preparation, and professional cooking standards.


Duties may include

  • Assisting chefs with food preparation tasks
  • Supporting kitchen organisation and food handling procedures
  • Learning food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assisting with ingredient preparation and plating support
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
